**The Position**

As the General Manager of a successful and high volume restaurant in beautiful Truro, Nova Scotia you empower and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You would promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding. In addition, you will closely with the Tim Hortons corporate team to manage brand standards and reporting on a daily basis. Ideally, you are also an expert at recruiting, training and coaching a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons' high standards of operation. You thrive in the fast-paced atmosphere and enjoy managing a busy operation.

Overall, you have the knowledge, skills, and long-term vision to support the Restaurant Owner in running a successful and profitable business.

**What we are looking for**:

- 5 or more years of previous restaurant experience in a comparable restaurant environment
- Comfortable using computers and modern management platforms
- You’ll be managing sales goals, inventory, cash and other stuff that requires good math and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills (English)
- Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred
