**_Role Overview:_**

The Group Product Manager, Core Protections develops best-in-class protection features for millions of consumers worldwide. In this high visibility role, you’ll have end-to-end responsibility for a portfolio of protection features with the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of McAfee’s customers and to drive material business outcomes.

This role is part of a cohesive team managing the Core Protections features in a collaborative work environment. If you have a passion for building great products, then this role is for you.

** About the **Role**:

- Own the strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of protection features
- Prioritize backlog to ensure teams are working on the highest value items
- Create requirements, test briefs, and product concepts
- Collaborate across functions to drive initiatives from definition through execution
- Work with Data team to validate product efficacy and value delivered
- Partner with marketing to drive go-to-market plans across channels
- Make buy/build/partner recommendations
- Nurture strong relationships with technology partners
- Gain a deep understanding of McAfee’s customers, business, products, and technologies

**About **You**:

- 10+ years of experience in product management
- Familiar with software development best practices
- Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and threats preferred, such as device security and/or online data privacy
- Able to manage large, complex initiatives independently
- Focused on delivering outcomes, not output
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
- Driven to think critically, ask tough questions, and give constructive feedback
- Exceptional collaboration, influence, and communication skills
- Customer experience driven
- Comfortable presenting to executives and stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously, be self-sufficient, and comfortable making decisions independently
- Understand how to measure the impact of changes and upgrades you make
