Capital Iron Home Store is your destination for premium indoor and outdoor home appliances, serving the diverse needs of builders, designers, and homeowners. We are seeking a results-driven **Appliances - Builders/Contractors Sales Representative** to specialize in providing indoor and outdoor appliance solutions for multi-family and single-family home projects. If you excel in sales, enjoy building relationships, and are passionate about high-quality appliances, we’d love to have you on our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and nurture relationships with contractors, developers, and builders to provide exceptional appliance solutions.
- Promote and sell a range of high-end and mid-range indoor and outdoor appliance brands, tailored to meet client needs.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and consultations, highlighting features and benefits.
- Track and manage sales activities and pipelines using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and installation.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in appliances, construction, or related industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
- Competent in computer operation and Microsoft office
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with multi-family and single-family project requirements is an asset.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools for tracking sales and client interactions.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.
- Previous experience in residential home appliances is a definite asset

**Schedule and Location**:

- Full-time, Monday to Friday, Office Hours
- Office located at 1900 Store Street, Victoria, BC

**Pay**:
$60,000-$120,000+ per year, including base salary and commission.
