Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to actively listen and respond to customer needs
- Bilingual proficiency in English and french is preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
