We are looking for a driven and personable **Sales & Retention Team Lead** to join our team in downtown Edmonton. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition through inbound leads and proactive outreach, while also playing a key role in client retention by stepping in to strengthen relationships when needed.

**What You’ll Do**
- Sell to qualified leads generated from our advertising campaigns.
- Manage and support relationships with existing clients, including stepping in to resolve concerns and reduce churn.
- Work closely with our admin support team to ensure smooth day-to-day communication and service delivery.
- Track and report on sales activities, retention efforts, and client feedback.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confidence in cold calling and outbound outreach.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
- A problem-solver who can think on their feet and turn around at-risk accounts.
- Comfortable working in-person from our downtown Edmonton office.

Pay: $40,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
