**Assembly and Touch-Up Paint Technician**

Our Aerospace and Nuclear industry client is investing in the growth of the Toronto Ontario machining site including the addition of skilled labor with experience in the manufacturing and machining of hard metal components used in the aerospace, nuclear, and industrial sectors.

**Position Description**

**Title** - Assembly and Touch-Up Paint Technician
**Location** - West Toronto/Woodbridge, ON
**Working Shift** - Afternoon (4:30 PM to 1:30 AM) + Shift premium
**Industry** - Aerospace / Nuclear Parts Manufacturer

**Qualifications**:
1. Prior experience in assembly and painting roles, ideally within a manufacturing setting
2. Knowledge of torque specifications and assembly techniques for mechanical components
3. Keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering top-notch results
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
5. Physically capable individual who can lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
6. Stand for extended periods in a manufacturing setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:
2. **Part Marking**: This involves utilizing specialized marking tools and techniques to guarantee clear, durable, and long-lasting markings that meet quality standards.

4. **Equipment Maintenance**: Responsible for operation of assembly and painting equipment, guaranteeing that all tools are in optimal working condition. They will promptly report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance requirements to the supervisor, ensuring mínimal downtime and efficient workflow.

5. **Safety Adherence**: They will actively participate in safety training programs and foster a culture of safety excellence within the team, promoting a hazardous-free work environment.
