**Full job description**

Prospective servers:

- Enthusiastic and professional demeanor
- Minimum 1 year’s experience serving tables in a dining establishment
- Working knowledge of craft beer, different styles of wine and food pairings
- Good understanding of culinary culture; describing and selling intricate and creative dishes with unique plating and ingredients
- Comfort serving to a wide range of clientele with sensitivity and patience
- Ability to handle a large section and multi-task efficiently
- Effective serving from a tray

Prospective bartenders:

- Enthusiastic and professional demeanor
- Deep and passionate knowledge of cocktail culture, ingredients, techniques
- Ability to make classic and house cocktails from detailed instructions
- knowledge of how to use bar tools effectively
- Knowledge of draft beer systems; how to couple and uncouple kegs, how to trouble shoot issues (foaming, kegerator, tap maintenance)
- Effective under pressure, maintains professionalism and calm
- Applicants who don't know the ingredients to most common classic cocktails will not be considered

**Requirements**:

- Legally permitted to work in Canada
- SmartServe Certified
- Able to lift loads of up to 20lbs
- Capable of working long shifts on their feet
- Fluent in English

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
