As we continue to expand, we are seeking enthusiastic, people-oriented individuals to join our team as **Customer Engagement Associates**.

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for those who enjoy face-to-face interactions, building relationships, and helping customers find solutions that make their lives easier. You will play an important role in introducing Rogers residential services through friendly, approachable conversations that leave a lasting impact.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Connect with homeowners to introduce a variety of Rogers residential services including Internet, TV, Wireless, Home Phone, and Home Security.
- Build trust quickly by listening, identifying customer needs, and recommending the right solutions.
- Manage relationships with assigned customers while also generating new opportunities within your designated community or territory.
- Represent Rogers at residential campaigns, local promotions, and community events to build awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with your team and manager to achieve both individual and team performance goals.

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or communications is an asset, but not required - full training is provided.
