SmartSkin Technologies is currently in search of a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Under the guidance of the Marketing Manager, the selected individual will play a vital role in assisting with the organization, coordination, administration, and implementation of marketing initiatives and events within SmartSkin Technologies.

**Responsibilities for Marketing Coordinator**
- Independently coordinate marketing events (virtual & in-person), including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral
- Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics departments; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
- Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent brand voice
- Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts
- Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
- Conduct market research and identify trends

**Qualifications for Marketing Coordinator**
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing
- Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
- Must have a high level of creativity
- Experience using a Marketing CRM (ex. Hubspot), Salesforce, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google ads, LinkedIn Advertising, Facebook Advertising, and/or Adobe Creative Cloud considered an asset.

**Requirements**:

- Occasional travel may be required
- In-office position: Fredericton, New Brunswick
