Yorkshire Landscapes is a leading landscape design/build/maintenance company in Victoria BC. We are looking for a Landscape Technician to work onsite, taking part in the execution of the day-to-day tasks and working closely with Project Managers to ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality and on schedule. You will bring a great attitude, ideas and professionalism to the team and foster collaboration and productivity.

Diverse daily work activities will include but are not limited to:
Hardscape construction and renovation, including patio and retaining wall construction
Garden and Sod installations
Organic debris cleanup
Planting of trees, shrubs and flowers
Pressure washing of patios and walkways/driveways

A good attitude and willingness to learn
Minimum 1 year of experience in hardscape construction including patios, retaining walls, steps and/or garden maintenance.
Ability to supervise a small crew and work collaboratively with a team
Capable of heavy lifting and manual labor
Strong interpersonal skills and a polite attitude
Has an eye for detail
Willing to work longer hours on busy days
Experience driving a truck and trailer (a valid BC Driver’s License)
Ability to get around to various job sites in Greater Victoria.

**Salary**: $22-$28 per hour

Summer Schedule:
10 hour shift
Monday to Thursday

Winter Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
