**JOB SCOPE**

As a cleaning supervisor, you will supervise our cleaning technician team. Your job duties include scheduling and coordinating staff, performing specialized services to ensure all areas and equipment are clean, and communicating with other departments. You may, from time to time, also hire and train new team members and maintain a custodial budget.
- Establishment of cleaning standards and procedures for workers and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures
- Training, coaching, and developing cleaning technicians
- Scheduling and assigning specific duties/roles to cleaners and also ensuring that they are carried out expertly
- Inspecting of cleaning equipment on a regular basis so as to know when they are worn out and also request for replacements if needed.
- Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials so as to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must possess excellent communication skills in speaking, writing, and even in listening
- Must have great interpersonal attributes. We want someone that easily gets along with other people.
- Must be outstanding organizational skills on a supervisory level
- Must display a high level of integrity
- Excellent decision-making ability is a must-have. Must be proactive in the line of duty
- Must have the ability and willingness to work as part of a team, and most importantly, lead a team
- Should have a clear understanding of customer service guidelines/principles
- Must have relevant experience in cleaning and supervision of cleaning procedures
- A basic degree in any hospitality-related field is a plus
- Must be a Happy, Humble, Honest & Hard Working

**HOW TO APPLY**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $26.00 per hour
