There is a warm and friendly atmosphere where we feel at home. The Heavy Maintenance Attendant is responsible for performing various maintenance tasks in common areas and apartments.

**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- All other related tasks
- Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
- Clean entryways and common areas
- Clean storage spaces and maintenance carts
- Cleaning and performing maintenance duties
- Keep the work environment clean
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Sweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the building
- Taking out the trash

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
- Good team player
- Good sense of interpersonal communication
