NetEase Games is actively hiring an Art QA Lead for our Montreal office to grow our QA team. **Responsibilities**
- Function as the primary PoC for project level communication
- Work with each partner to understand their goals and ensure they’re satisfied with our services
- Stay up to date with the title’s scope, features, and roadmap
- Send start of day mail, end of day report, and project retrospective report
- Create and maintain the test suite based on conversations and design documents
- Ensure the team follows bug writing, regression and halo testing standards
- Coach and mentor team members to facilitate their career development
- Perform employee evaluations and participate in recommending adjustments
- Ensure your team’s performance meets company and partner expectations
- Administer improvement plans as required
- Manage timecards, time-off requests, and attendance violations

**Job Requirements**
- 1+ year of experience in a Leadership role
- 2+ years within the Art disciplined [QA/Artist/Design] within the video game industry
- 5+ years of experience in the video games industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multi-disciplined teams and level or hierarchy levels
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Knowledge of digital content creation, Autodesk Maya and Unreal Engine
- An understanding of core terms related to game content creation
- Working knowledge of bug databases and test case management software
- Expertise with PC, Mobile, and Console hardware, tools, and troubleshooting
- Ability to travel with a valid passport

**Responsabilités**
- Fonctionner comme le principal PoC pour la communication au niveau du projet
- Travailler avec chaque partenaire pour comprendre ses objectifs et s'assurer qu'il est satisfait de nos service.
- Se tenir au courant de la portée, des caractéristiques et de la feuille de route du titre
- Envoyer le courrier de début de journée, le rapport de fin de journée, et le rapport de rétrospective du projet
- Créer et maintenir la suite de tests basée sur les conversations et les documents de conception
- S'assurer que l'équipe suit les normes de rédaction de bogues, de régression et de test de halo
- Encadrer et guider les membres de l'équipe pour faciliter leur développement de carrière
- Effectuer des évaluations des employés et participer à la recommandation d'ajustements
- S'assurer que les performances de votre équipe répondent aux attentes de l'entreprise et des partenaires
- Administrer des plans d'amélioration, le cas échéant
- Gérer les fiches de présence, les demandes de congés et les violations de présence
