We are looking to hire Loan Verification Specialists to join our team. In this role you will interact with potential borrowers to clearly guide them through the document requirements, answer questions regarding income verification and timelines while protecting the customers’ identity. Guide the customer from the beginning to the end of the Verification process.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour ($35,000-$26,000 per year)

What You'll Do:
- Obtain and evaluate information and documents for authenticity and accuracy.- Assess and calculate income utilizing income and tax documents.- Utilize multiple systems to capture customer interactions with precise notation.- Achieve monthly production goals while maintaining quality standards.- Strive to resolve the customer's request in one call while creating an exceptional experience for the customer.- Champion company core values and other company programs- Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:
Experience:
- Prior experience in call center, financial services, or loan processing role is preferred but not required

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required- Additional education in finance or business is an asset

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing loan documentation- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity- Proficiency in computer systems and software; including CRM tools and Microsoft Office
