We manage a growing portfolio of furnished rental properties in Saskatoon, focused on providing outstanding guest experiences through professional service, stylish spaces, and high-quality standards. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaner to join our team.

**Position Overview**

The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of furnished suites, handling laundry, restocking supplies, cleaning apartment building common areas, and completing move-out cleans for long-term rental units, along with various other tasks as assigned. This role requires travel between multiple properties in Saskatoon; a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license are essential.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Clean and prepare short-term rental suites for guest stays
- Perform move-out cleans for long-term rental properties
- Clean common areas of apartment buildings (hallways, lobbies, elevators, etc.)
- Complete laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens at our office
- Restock inventory and ensure all supplies are properly maintained
- Follow daily cleaning checklists and schedules
- Report maintenance or repair issues promptly to management

**What We’re Looking For**
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable daily access to a vehicle
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends as scheduled
- Comfortable working independently and meeting tight deadlines
- Smartphone with data plan for communication and scheduling
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Previous cleaning or hospitality experience is an asset

**Compensation & Benefits**
- $18.00 per hour
- $75/month fuel allowance
- $40/month phone allowance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
