Daycare Cleaner/classroom Helper

The daycare cleaner will clean the daycare centre

  • Sweep all the classrooms
  • Vacuum all the carpets including the carpets at the entrances
  • Perform any spot cleaning required for the carpets
  • Mop all the classrooms, hallways and stairs
  • Clean all the glasses doors
  • Clean all the fridges
  • Clean all the microwaves
  • Clean all the shelving, cubbies and all the surfaces in the classrooms and hallways
  • Clean and sanitize all the washrooms, sinks, mirrors and benches
  • Clean the front entrance of the daycare and the playgrounds
  • Empty all the garbage and clean, sanitize the garbage cans, take out the garbage.
  • Help in the classrooms where needed.

Must be available for shifts between 9 am-5:30 pm

Must have

A clear Vulnerable Sector Check, Less than 6 months old

Valide CPR & First Aid

Up to date Immunization/TB test

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week

Schedule

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
