**Overview - This is a PT position**

Walk in Comfort is a locally owned and operated business that has served Vancouver Island communities for almost 30 years. With five stores conveniently located in Hillside, Mayfair, Downtown Victoria, Sidney, and Duncan.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Utilize cashiering skills to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, market trends, and competitive offerings to effectively address customer inquiries.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred,
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain an orderly workspace.
- A proactive approach to selling with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate items.

**Training**: We will provide comprehensive training in order to ensure your success with us.

**Wages**: $17.40/hr with 2% commission. Top earners can earn over $20/hr.

**Perks**:Certain shoes have monetary incentives attached to the sale.

Pay: From $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

- French not required
