**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage resident relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Coordinate maintenance requests
- Maintain accurate filing systems for resident records, lease agreements, and service requests.
- Negotiate lease terms and renewal agreements with residents to foster positive relationships.
- Monitor property operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and community policies.
- Maintain a cleanly building from the interior and exterior

**Experience**
- Proven experience in property management or residential leasing roles.
- Experience in customer service, sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management is essential.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are required to effectively interact with residents and vendors.
- Prior experience in office administration or related roles involving data management will be advantageous. This position offers an engaging environment where organizational skills and customer service excellence are valued. The Residence Manager plays a vital role in creating a welcoming community while ensuring operational efficiency across all aspects of property management.
