The Community Service Worker (CSW) provides comprehensive case management services to newcomers, immigrants, and refugees. In this hybrid position, you will assess individual needs, develop tailored service plans, and guide clients through social services, legal, and healthcare systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive case management services to newcomers, immigrants, and refugees.
- Conduct needs assessments and develop individualized service plans to address clients' unique challenges and goals.
- Offer guidance on navigating social services, legal, and healthcare systems.
- Collaborate with community resources to ensure clients have access to essential services.
- Facilitate support groups and workshops to enhance community integration and cultural understanding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in both Arabic and English
- Proven experience in case management, particularly with diverse populations.
- Cultural sensitivity and understanding of the challenges faced by newcomers, immigrants, and refugees.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Familiarity with community resources and services for immigrants.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
