The Operations sector plays a central role in delivering financial products and services to clients. Being an Analyst in Operations means gathering, analyzing and interpreting variety of data. It means interacting with various Bank sectors and more experienced professionals to offer routine technical support to stakeholders in day-to-day operations. **Your main responsibilities**:

- Help analyze the performance of products, systems or processes, and carry out projects in your sector of activity
- Identify the needs of the different parties involved, assess problems and adapt your actions to particular situations while offering quality service
- Provide information useful for decision-making and formulate recommendations to improve work processes and systems.
- Help develop and implement new work processes and systems
- Monitor activities and ensure compliance with established policies, standards and procedures

**Competencies required**:

- A three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience or any other combination of education and experience considered equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Experience in analysis, an asset
- Expertise in continuous improvement, an asset.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Bilingualism, both spoken and written (English and French)
