The Digital Support Sales organization is an organization with a charter to accelerate Microsoft’s growth in its cloud-first, mobile-first businesses along with the traditional businesses. This organization is at the forefront of establishing a new sales model leveraging modern technology, big data, and analytics to drive impactful and targeted sales coverage.

As a member of the Digital Support Sales team, you will be working with a team of talented people to provide and sell Microsoft’s best-in-class Support offerings to our Enterprise customers, contributing to build the momentum for digital transformation for our customers and partners as well as Microsoft itself. In addition, the Digital Services Areas Specialist Manager for Enterprise will coach and guide a v-team and drive new business via whitespace and annuity sales motions. This role provides you with a great entry point into leading teams within the Microsoft environment. The Digital Support Specialist will work closely with both the Enterprise Support Sales Team and the Digital Sales units.

En tant que membre de l’équipe Ventes de soutien numérique, vous collaborerez avec une équipe de personnes talentueuses afin de fournir et de vendre les meilleures offres de soutien de Microsoft à nos clients d’entreprise, en contribuant à créer une dynamique de transformation numérique pour nos clients et partenaires ainsi que pour Microsoft elle-même. Par ailleurs, le gestionnaire spécialisé dans les domaines des services numériques pour les entreprises encadrera et guidera une équipe virtuelle et développera des affaires grâce à des processus de vente sur le marché potentiel et avec des versements périodiques. Ce rôle vous offre un excellent point de départ pour diriger des équipes dans l’environnement Microsoft. Le spécialiste du soutien numérique travaillera en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe Ventes de soutien aux entreprises et les unités de ventes numériques.

The focus of the Support Specialist Manager’s role is to lead a team of Support specialists, driving solutions that ensure our customers are supported throughout all stages of the product lifecycle, improving their health and enabling customer outcomes and consumption. As the Sales Manager, you will manage a team of highly-talented and skilled sales specialists, driving the day-to-day execution to exceed business performance targets and coaching team members.

**Planning & Executing as One Microsoft**: define & implement area support strategy & sales plan, in partnership with Enterprise leadership, ensuring frictionless orchestration & a One Microsoft experience for customers

**Leading a Healthy, Predictable Sales Business**: achieve or exceed quota targets, ensuring sales hygiene, four quarter rolling pipeline coverage & deal excellence, continuously coaching
