In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn a variety of accounting roles and positions. **Key Duties Include**
- Provide support for payroll, A/R and A/P
- Accurately prepare and maintain excel spreadsheets for financial transactions
- Reconciling company credit cards, preparing purchase orders
- Assist in compiling and processing payroll for over 100 employees
- Assist with data entry and processing inventory transactions

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Completion of 2 year College diploma as a minimum or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in one or more of the following areas, Payroll, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivable
- Basic to intermediate Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong keyboarding and data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment

**Salary**: $19.50-$25.00 per hour
