**Job Overview**:
Reporting to the Site Manager, Line Supervisors will be employees of the Aurum Group of Companies and will be working with one of the biggest clients of Aurum. The Line Supervisor (ON) is responsible for providing on-site supervisory coverage at the designated location (assigned by the client). This role involves overseeing the work performance of employees, maintaining effective communication with on-site client management, and collaborating with the Site supervisor and/or Site Manager for additional support as needed.

**Hours of Operation**:5:00 pm
- 3:00 am (EST) or 11:00 pm
- 9:00 am (EST), 10 hours shift (4 days/week)

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide on-site supervisory coverage at a designated location, overseeing work performance and employee activities.
- Supervise employees of the specific location as necessary, ensuring adherence to company standards and performance expectations and providing guidance as required.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the location's operations, including workflow, processes, safety protocols, and relevant policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, tools, and facilities to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance with regulations.
- Facilitate communication between different shifts and teams to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities.
- Uphold and model safe working practices and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
- All other duties as assigned.

**Certification and License**:

- The Line supervisor is required to complete the Technical Standard and Safety Authority (TSSA) Site Operator Certification and provide proof of certification before beginning the work on-site.
- Must possess a current Ontario License (Class B, or C with Z endorsement) and a clean abstract.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma is considered an asset.
- 3+ years of relevant supervisory experience is preferred.
- Previous experience working in transport, and warehousing is preferred.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees, clients, and stakeholders.
- Customer-oriented approach with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and protocols
- Strong leadership skills with a team-player mindset
- Ability to efficiently use MS Office
- Acceptable security and criminal record check
