**ABOUT US**

We are a collaborative and close-knit team, currently seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Finance Department. This position reports directly to the Controller.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Accounts Payable**:

- Review, verify, and process vendor invoices
- Ensure all invoices have appropriate approvals prior to entry
- Enter invoices into ERP system
- Process payments (Cheque, EFT, ACH, Wire)
- Generate and review the Aged Payables Report weekly

**Accounts Payable**:

- Follow up with customers regarding overdue balances
- Issue debit memos and credit memos for customer returns and other adjustments
- Reconcile customer accounts regularly
- Generate and review the Aged Receivables Report weekly

**Other Financial Duties**:

- Process payments for PSS (Proactive Sales Specialists - contract sales personnel)
- Complete various quarterly and annual filings and reconciliations
- Submit 1099 forms for US-based PSS team

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar AP/AR role
- Proficient in SAGE 300
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior management
