**Job Role**:
Guerrilla Consulting LTD is currently seeking a Shipper and Receiving Clerk for our client’s high volume and fast paced electronics repair environment. Our goal is to provide a positive work environment that encourages growth and development to all employees. Onsite paid training is provided

**Duties**:

- Pull, pack and ship finished goods
- Organize packaging procedures to ensure safety of shipment
- Ensure that serial and batch numbers match the product
- Receive shipments and check their quality for completeness and legality.
- Process orders according to customer specifications and shipping instructions.
- Prepare and issue invoices and receive payment for orders.
- Ensure posting of outbound deliveries using pre-designated software
- Research, resolve, or take action on customer service complaints in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous shipping experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Pass security check
- Must have Steel toe boots
- Fork lift License is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
