**Company Mission**:
- Muskoka Woods is a Christian youth development organization that welcomes everyone to an experience for a lifetime. Located on the shores of beautiful Lake Rosseau, we specialize in summer camp, school trips, group retreats and leadership development for all ages. We exist to inspire youth to shape their world.
- The Support team makes up a variety of different positions that keep camp running smoothly. Whether it's supporting our ministry for guests and staff, providing excellent customer service and more, the Support team puts in the work behind the scenes.
- The Production Crew is essential in delivering events that are seamless and professional. They are responsible for audio, visual, lighting and set preparations, making sure everything looks and sounds good. They help out with all production needs for Cadence, Impact, Spark, evening activities, Cabin Chat, Convo Cafe, and other events as needed. In order to support all audio, visual, lighting and set-up needs of their assigned areas, they move, lift, set up and takedown staging (stages, tarps, tables, tents, etc.) and equipment (speakers, microphones, lights, etc.). Their schedule varies through the week based on event needs including both daytime and evening shifts.
- Staff are required to attend all meetings as outlined during staff training including Cadence and Small Group.
**Skills and Attributes Required**:
- Muskoka Woods is looking for staff whose personal values match the MW Core Values which includes having a passion for working with children and youth.
- Applicants must be attentive to detail, have a strong work ethic, be willing to do physical labour, be able to work independently and on a team, enjoy a flexible schedule that includes working evenings. Production Crew must have related experience in audio, visual, lighting, sound and video.
**Salary Range**:
- $150 - $180 per week plus room and board

- June 19 - September 4, 2026
**Essential Functions Required**:
- Be able to help guests and staff in emergencies
- Have the strength and endurance required to maintain constant supervision of guests and/or staff
- Work efficiently for 7-9 hours at a time
- Participate in work projects that involve lifting and carrying 10-30 lbs
- Have the ability to travel around camp with guests
- Communicate clearly and effectively with staff and guests
**Additional Notes**:
- All staff are required to uphold the Muskoka Woods Vision and Mission, Core Values and Aspirations, as well as all policies and procedures as outlined during our Staff Development Week held at the beginning of your contract.
- All Counsellors stay in a cabin with our guests. All other staff stay in shared staff accommodation.
- All Staff are required to live on property in Rosseau, Ontario for the duration of their contract.
