- Assist customers in selecting and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses based on their prescription and personal preferences.
- Take accurate measurements of customers' eyes and facial features to ensure proper fit and alignment of eyewear.
- Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and treatments to help them make informed decisions.
- Adjust and repair eyewear as needed to ensure optimal comfort and functionality.
- Maintain inventory of eyeglass frames, contact lenses, and other optical products.
- Process orders for eyewear and contact lenses, including verifying insurance coverage and obtaining necessary authorizations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues that may arise.

- Optician licence up to date and in good standing
- Strong knowledge of optical principles, lens options, and frame styles.
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to vision care.
- Proficient in using optical equipment, such as lensometers and pupilometers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with retail sales or retail management
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
