**Position**: Part Time Data & Donor Relations Administrator

**Status**: Part Time

**Reports To**: Director, Philanthropy & Community Engagement

**Hours of Work**: Core Schedule, 3 days / week, from Monday to Friday between 8:30am - 4:30pm with flexibility to work some evenings/weekends, as needed to attend events.

**Wages**: $25 - $30 Dependent on qualification and experience

**Hours of Work**

The Core hours of work for this role are three days per week, between Monday to Friday 8:30- 4:30. Due to the nature of the work, you could be required to work outside of your agreed upon hours from time to time.

**Position Description**

**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Donor Relations Support**:

- Support with receipting and donor relations as needed.
- Assists with maintaining the accuracy and integrity of databases by ensuring that all information is kept current and up to date.

**Raisers Edge Database Management**
- Manage donor database, including creating and updating donor information, and creating queries to inform development initiatives.
- Maintain robust data integrity with the goal of providing current, consistent, and accurate data.
- Create and generate reports from Raiser’s Edge to support and inform fundraising and stewardship efforts.
- Analyze fundraising initiatives with the support of the Marketing & Communications Coordinator
- Provide database knowledge and support to other departments as needed.
- Monitor and oversee automated donor stewardship communications.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Raiser’s Edge and Raisers NXT
- Demonstrated data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and superior organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities.
- Considerable organizational and time management skills including ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to changing situations
- Experience working within a fundraising environment is considered an asset.
