**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in site offices, washrooms, and other construction areas.
- Ensure all washrooms and common areas are sanitized, with special attention to high-touch surfaces.
- Assist with cleaning other areas or carrying out additional tasks as required by the site manager or supervisor.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs, such as plumbing issues or broken fixtures, to the site supervisor.
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while performing cleaning tasks on construction sites.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address any cleaning needs or concerns.
- Assist with basic site organization tasks, including organizing cleaning supplies or supporting in other areas as needed.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all assigned cleaning tasks are completed within designated timeframes.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in cleaning or custodial roles, particularly in construction or commercial environments, is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to various cleaning needs in different areas of the construction site.
- Familiarity with basic cleaning tools and equipment; knowledge of cleaning products used on construction sites is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving supplies or equipment as necessary.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with site supervisors, team members, and other personnel.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism on construction sites.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
