We believe that people can copy our marketing, they can try to copy our products, but they can never duplicate our company culture because it's truly something special We are currently seeking a Material Handler to join our awesome Production Team **What we can offer you**: - To be part of the happiest company in the world - A company culture like no other - A competitive Salary and Health Benefits - A work environment that drives creativity, innovation and passion - Future growth and development - To join a team of likeminded, out-of-the-box thinkers who love to have fun and deliver WOW in everything that they do - An opportunity to make an impact and create value **What your responsibilities will include**: - Receive, inspect and sign for all moulding containers that come into the warehouse - Process boxes of moulding either as overstock or as stock - Replenish moulding stock locations on a regular basis in order to keep stock levels at a maximum - Inspect all stock for damages and keep records of damages - Record and track inventory accuracy for weekly reporting - Operating equipment such as pallet jack, forklift - Preparing reports and other documents related to inbound and outbound shipments - Must communicate with Operations Leader and Lead hand on any issues that can be avoided in the future - Assist shipping and receiving as required - Must be able to help out with other areas of the operations such as bocing, picking - Ship all orders and complete Bill of Lading (BOL) and shipping books - Keep work area neat and tidy - Carry out any tasks as may be required by Operations Leader **What we require from you**: - High school Diploma - 1 - 3 years in a production line/manufacturing environment - Warehouse experience an asset - Forklift certificate/license required - Inventory control experience - High attention to detail - Ability to stand for an extended amount of time - Work in a fast-paced environment - Able to lift up to 50lbs. - Basic computer skills - Basic math skills **Working Conditions**: - This is a full-time position Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Please note however at times due to business requirements work outside of these hours may be required. - The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
