Toronto, Canada Growth Shop Full time

E-commerce growth and digital spending is not slowing down. In the US alone, direct-to-consumer growth rates are double the S&P 500. With AI ramping up and privacy issues muddying attribution data, the big winners of the next 10 years will fuse sophisticated growth with technology and business fundamentals. The divide between mediocrity and A-Players is widening. We’re ahead. Ready to scale.

**About Us**

Growth Shop builds some of the fastest-growing consumer brands on the planet.

We partner with DTC companies scaling from $350K-$2M/month toward $5M+ and beyond—and we’ve engineered the growth behind brands like Nectar Sleep ($10M $240M in 18 months, exited $1B+), Trouva, and Victoria Beckham Beauty.

**Your Mission**

You’ll own SEO-driven content strategy and execution—turning keyword clusters and audit insights into content that ranks, converts, and scales. From briefs and outlines to final publishing, you’ll ensure Growth Shop and our clients produce content that doesn’t just fill space but drives measurable results.

This role blends SEO content strategy and CRM content operations, requiring someone equally comfortable with keyword research, editorial planning, and rolling up their sleeves to edit, QA, and publish content at pace.

**What You’ll Do**
- Own SEO content strategy, creating briefs and outlines that tie directly to keyword clusters and growth priorities
- Manage content publishing workflow, including editing and QA, to ensure accuracy and brand alignment
- Utilize our AI content engine to produce, refine, and scale content efficiently
- Oversee the content calendar and coordinate with freelancers, agencies, and designers to hit deadlines
- Translate technical SEO and audit findings into clear, business-friendly content recommendations
- Partner with the Technical SEO Manager to integrate priority keywords into content plans and publishing strategy

**Who We're Looking For**

You’re an SEO-driven content operator who knows how to build content strategies that rank and convert. You’ve worked with keyword research, content briefs, and editorial calendars; and you know how to get the best out of writers, freelancers, or agencies.

You thrive on structure, deadlines, and accountability, bringing clarity and consistency to content operations that fuel brand growth.

**Your Experience**
- 4-6 years of total experience, with at least 2-3 years in SEO-driven content management
- Skilled in keyword research, clustering, and building briefs that align with SEO and growth objectives
- Experienced in editing and QA’ing content for accuracy, tone, and conversion impact
- Comfortable managing freelancers, agencies, or designers to deliver on a content calendar
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI content tools, CMS platforms, or workflow automation
- Bonus: Experience collaborating with technical SEO teams or CRO specialists

**Our Culture**

We’re a lean, remote-first team working across North America, Europe and all the timezones in between. While we operate remotely, we value real connection and occasionally bring the team together in person (think Dubai or Bali). We care deeply about high-quality work, speed, and ownership. Everyone here is trusted to make decisions, move fast, and be accountable for outcomes.

We invest in people who take initiative, raise the standard, and want to build something meaningful. You’ll get real autonomy, sharp teammates, and a clear environment where the focus is on growth: for the business, the team, and you.

**The Package**
- Great base salary with aligned team performance bonuses
- 20 days paid holiday + your local public holidays
- Extensive training from elite-level operators
- Self-development budget for learning tools, courses, or resources
- High-performance, no-politics team environment
- Clear pathway for growth based on performance
- A sincere commitment to making this the most fulfilling role you’ve ever had

**Interested?**

We thought you might be. Send us your resume and examples of campaigns you've scaled - numbers speak louder than buzzwords

**_Diversity & Inclusion_**
- We set compensation using market data, role scope, and experience to make sure our offers are competitive and fair. For this role, the base salary range is: $90,000 - $100,000 CAD annually. Where you’ll land within the range will depend on your skills, experience, and the impact you bring to the team._
