**Salary**: $60,000 annual + benefits

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:
1. Review customer PO matches with quote for pricing and lead time. Ensure all component issues are resolved with customer.

2. Monitor and ensure LPIH dates align with Sales Order / Work Order dates. Delays are to be reviewed and shared with the customer if we cannot resolve.

3. Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors the flow of work orders through the release to manufacturing.

4. Coordinate delivery of parts to expedite flow of material to meet production schedules.

a. Support purchasing

b. Coordinate between customer, purchasing and warehouse on material shortages

5. Coordinate/expedite manufacturing builds to ensure internal financial goals are achieved.

6. Utilize ERP system and review action messages.

7. Completes status reports, such as work order release dates in support of manufacturing’s build plan.

8. Focus on inventory reduction plans with actions.

9. Risk assessment and risk mitigation focus.

10. Customer negotiation

11. Notify Customer and PM of any schedule impacts to customers.

12. Other duties as assigned by Supply Chain Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1-3 years work experience in an electronics manufacturing environment
- Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures
- Some technical knowledge of parts, bills of materials, and custom drawings is beneficial
- Able to work in a highly changing / fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Good knowledge of MS Office (excel skills); experience with MRP systems
- Well-developed communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and customers
- Effective organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Dedicated, professional, positive attitude; enthusiastic and willing to learn
