General Helper

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile General Helper to join our restaurant team.

This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

**Duties**
- Assist with the preparation of various dishes
- Support front of house during service with bussing & cleaning
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by participating in dish pit tasks
- Follow instructions effectively and collaborate with team members
- Self starter who is able to troubleshoot through tasks
- Willingness to switch tasks throughout the day as required

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is required.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities throughout the day.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- A willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation as there is no public transportation
- Able to lift up to and above 50lbs
- Valid FoodSafe certification required
- Pro Serve certification is an asset

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
