**What are your contributions to the team?**:

- Contribute to the evolution of Bombardier's technology strategy in aircraft design and development, including to the Ecojet research project.
- Contribute to the management of the R&T budget with Finance, Bombardier management and other key stakeholders.
- Setup and maintain industrial and academic partnerships necessary to achieve R&T objectives.
- Elaborate project proposals including for funding agencies and contribute to management of R&T projects, interacting with collaborators, NPO, consortiums, government agency and external auditors for reporting and administrative purposes.
- Contribute to management of the portfolio of research collaboration agreements, including negotiating new agreements and manage their execution.
- Contribute to the management of the portfolio of university research projects sponsored by Bombardier.
- Deploy and improve processes and tools for the management of the R&T portfolio.
- Ensure robust governance of the R&T portfolio execution and development.
- Represent Bombardier in aerospace innovation networks.
- Interact with Bombardier management and engineering experts to achieve your mandates.
- Coordinate Bombardier’s participation in Research & Technology consortiums, as needed.

- You have an engineering background, preferably a master's degree in aeronautics.
- You have more than 12 years of relevant experience in aeronautics engineering
- You have experience working with multidisciplinary and technically complex projects in the aeronautics industry.
- You have strong knowledge of research collaboration agreements and funding programs.
- You want to shape the future of aviation and explore multiple facets of technology development.
- You are a team player.
