**Overview**

The Quaker Team Supervisor will be responsible for leading a shift team to achieve their performance targets and collaborate with other team members to solve operational issues.

**Responsibilities**
- Leading a shift team of approximately 30 employees to deliver key metrics
- Solve day

- day operational issues by collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver performance targets
- Lead daily performance meetings
- Communicate effectively and frequently to your shift team
- Collaborate with cross

- Think quickly and creatively and challenge your team to do the same

**Qualifications**
- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- 3 + years’ experience in Supervising Others Preferred
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Experience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance of Others - Take Others With You
- Able to Instruct and Teach Others
