**Job Title**: Motel Housekeeper

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Room Cleaning**:

- Clean, sanitize, and restock guest rooms, including changing bed linens, vacuuming floors, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Replace towels, toiletries, and other amenities as needed.
- Report any damages or maintenance issues to the supervisor immediately.
- **Common Area Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms, and other shared areas.
- Ensure all spaces are neat, organized, and presentable.
- **Laundry Duties**:

- Wash, dry, and fold linens and towels.
- Ensure all laundry is properly sorted and stored.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor cleaning supplies and notify the manager when inventory is low.
- Safely use and store cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- **Guest Interaction**:

- Be polite and professional when interacting with guests.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive hourly wage (to be discussed based on experience).
- Uniforms and training provided.

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
