Maple Ridge, Canada The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy #148 Full time

We are a warm and welcoming pharmacy, looking to expand our team with a part-time or full-time pharmacy assistant/technician.

Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy is a caring and supportive environment where open communication, respect, and teamwork is strongly encouraged. Previous experience in a community pharmacy is an asset, however further training will be provided on-site.

Start date: As soon as possible

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Assisting pharmacists in filling and dispensing medications using WinRX.
- Inventory management (drug and over-the-counter items).
- Coordinating with Pharmacare and third-party insurers to organize drug coverage.
- Blister packing for daily, weekly, and monthly prescriptions.
- Administrative duties such as retrieving and refilling prescriptions, processing transactions, and answering phones.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of relevant experience working in a community pharmacy as an assistant/technician.
- Extensive knowledge of medication names.
- Good time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong ability to work independently and communicate clearly.
- A friendly, caring, and inclusive attitude.
