Glassworks Window Cleaning is one of the top-rated home service companies in the GTA. We specialize in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and exterior pressure washing—and we’re growing fast. We’re currently hiring motivated, energetic, and reliable individuals to join our door-to-door sales team.

As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you’ll walk residential neighborhoods, introduce homeowners to our services, and generate leads or book jobs on the spot. This is a great opportunity to learn sales, stay active outdoors, and earn uncapped performance-based pay.

**Responsibilities**:

- Walk door-to-door in residential areas across the GTA
- Politely introduce homeowners to our window and gutter cleaning services
- Distribute flyers and door hangers
- Book free estimates or schedule jobs directly on the spot
- Track leads, quotes, and interest using simple tools (we’ll show you how)
- Work closely with our team leads to fill daily job routes
- Represent the Glassworks brand professionally at all times

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills — you enjoy talking to people
- Must be comfortable walking and working outdoors for long periods
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to handle rejection and keep a positive attitude
- Must be available for full-time weekday and weekend shifts
- Door to Door Sales experience is required (we provide training)

Pay: $800.00-$1,500.00 per week
