**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, break rooms, restrooms, and conference rooms.
- Ensure that all office equipment and furniture are kept clean and organized.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling efforts in accordance with company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills to interact with staff and management as necessary.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A proactive approach to identifying areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
