**Job Summary**
MITM Club (Millionaires in the Making) is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated recruiter to help build our dream team. We’re a fast-growing financial education and personal development brand with programs taught in schools, community centers, and online.
We’ve impacted thousands—and now we’re scaling. The right recruiter will play a key role in hiring aligned, driven professionals to help us expand nationally and globally.
This is a flexible, results-oriented role—perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.
**Responsibilities**
- Screen applicants, schedule interviews, and manage the recruitment funnel
- Use platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and networking to build a talent pipeline
**Qualifications**
- 2+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR (startup or nonprofit experience is a bonus)
- Strong communication skills and attention to alignment over just credentials
- Comfortable working remotely with self-managed deadlines
- Driven by purpose and results, not just process
- Passion for entrepreneurship, empowerment, education, or personal development is a big plus
**Compensation**
You choose the model that works best for you:
- **Option A: Commission-Based**:
- $500-$1,000 per successful hire
- Bonus structure for hires who stay and perform well
- **Option B: Equity / Revenue Share**:
- Earn a percentage of revenue generated by hires you bring in
- Long-term upside with growth potential in a rising brand

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $60,022.00-$66,165.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 per week
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay

Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
