**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information
- Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with precision
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service or cashiering roles
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in French and English. Arabic is a plus
- Knowledge of retail sales procedures and cash handling
- Familiarity with technical sales processes is advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
