**About the Role**:
As a Client Success & Mortgage Support Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients and internal team from onboarding through to post-closing. Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional client experience, enhancing communication workflows, and supporting administrative functions across the firm. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused—looking to gain hands-on exposure to the commercial real estate finance industry in a high-growth environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as a primary point of contact for client communications
- Coordinate and enhance the client onboarding and post-closing experience
- Manage the preparation and distribution of post-closing packages and gifts
- Assist in organizing and preparing mortgage documentation
- Schedule internal and external meetings for partners and clients
- Maintain organized digital files and update CRM systems with client and deal information
- Track pending items and follow up on outstanding tasks for origination and underwriting teams
- Prepare checklists, client memos, and internal summaries
- Monitor deadlines to ensure timely submissions
- Handle inbound inquiries and appropriately direct communication
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Support the Managing Partners by coordinating communications and ensuring timely follow-ups
- Provide backup support to the Administrative Assistant
- Perform additional administrative duties as required
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience in real estate, mortgage or finance related positions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry
- Comfortable learning industry-specific software and CRM systems (training provided)
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a focus on strong phone mannerisms
- Professional, client-focused telephone etiquette
- Interest in real estate, finance, or lending would be an asset

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
