**Job Summary**:
**How you will make an impact**:
You will be responsible for providing a mobile opportunity for guests to purchase beverages during games and events; by meeting guests in the stands and serving them in a prompt, efficient, and courteous manner.

**As a Mobile vendor, you will**:

- Deliver responsible and friendly snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage service to guests
- Ensure responsible alcohol service using Serve It Right Saskatchewan (SIRS) principles
- Process transactions for all snacks and beverages served including accepting payments and making changes as appropriate
- Provide friendly and informed responses to inquiries
- Understand menu offerings
- Monitor and accurately control inventory
- Pick up additional sale items from commissary area as required throughout events
- Comply with Company service standards and health and safety policies
- Adhere to provincial codes governing health and safety of serving food and beverage items
- Ensure snacks and beverages are kept at optimal temperatures and conditions per safe food handling guidelines
- Ensure cleanliness of bins, trays and carrying trays
- Perform other task and duties as will be required to support concessions management at events

**About you**:

- Mandatory Serve It Right Saskatchewan (SIRS) certification as a condition of employment
- Previous experience in high volume food and beverage service is an asset
- High School Diploma considered an asset
- Ability to properly lift between 35lbs to 50lbs
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as the need arises
- Ability to multitask in many different areas and work with a sense of urgency
- Ability to display excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, including refusing service to fans, if necessary
