We're looking for a Junior Cybersecurity Analyst.

Qualifications;
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High school diploma and college or university enrollment/degree
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to effectively and efficiently troubleshoot technical problems
- Good analytical skills
- Knowledge of computer and printer hardware
- Ability to thoroughly document troubleshooting steps and resolutions
- Be resourceful and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to step up to a challenge
- Ability to work flexible hours to support the businesses needs
- Ability to analyze and repair hardware; must know basic software configurations
- Must have own vehicle and insurance. Mileage is paid

Required Experience:

- 1-3 Years Experience in Penetration Testing (Internal and External)
- 1-3 Years Experience running Phishing Campaigns
- 1-3 Years Experience Experience conducting safety and/or security risk assessments
- 1-3 Years Experience in information systems technology in a security role
- 1-3 Years Experience in Networking analysis and networking fundamentals

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Penterra Penetration Testing Suite
- Experience with Vulnerability Management solutions like Rapid7 or Tenable/Nessus

Please note this is a local position and requires a physical presence in Ottawa. Remote work is not available for this position as it requires on site work to be completed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
