**Family Wellness Coaches **support the efforts of families to accomplish goals regarding family safety and wellness. The Coach supports the work of the Family Wellness Coordinators as part of the Chimo CSD Family Wellness Team and will engage in the following tasks:

- In vivo family/parent support
- Second-line family stabilization, intervention, preservation
- Drive services and supported access
- Therapeutic youth work
- Low ratio crisis intervention services
- All other duties as required to support a family to thrive and achieve healthy lifestyles

**Qualifications**: Applicants must have a relevant college diploma or university degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience working with children, youth and families.

**Salary, Holidays, Benefits**: The annual salary range for this position is $48,200 to $49,900. Staff accrue 1.25 holidays per month (15 days per year) and are eligible for health benefits after 3 months of full time employment.
