Miller Technology offers Sales, Parts, and Service to customers as well as in-house Manufacturing, Engineering and Research and Development departments. Miller Technology is an ISO-9001 Certified Company. We are looking for an ambitious and team-oriented individual to join Miller Technology as a Parts Advisor - Production.

The role will require hands on work and desk work involving navigation of paperwork and digital systems.

**Responsibilities**
- Tracking transmission rebuilds.
- Pick parts daily required for production.
- Opening and closure of Job Orders for the Production Department.
- Review and consolidate parts on return trays to ensure they are returned to inventory properly.
- Follow up on missing parts for Job Orders in Production.
- Review Daily Labor and ensure it is up to date for payroll.
- Updating production worklist.
- Liaising with the Engineering Department to ensure Bills of Materials are updated and current.
- Setting up new parts within ERP system.
- Reporting to Operations Management.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in an ISO certified manufacturing setting, automotive manufacturing considered an asset but not required.
- Safety focused and detail oriented.
- Mechanical aptitude would be an asset.
- Ability to read and understand schematics considered an asset.
- Demonstrated knowledge of production processes in an ERP system including inventory control.
- Strong team member who can work with mínimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
- Good Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to production changes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Superb organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Enthusiastic, willing to learn and grow professionally within the organization.

**Salary**

Our Company offers a comprehensive compensation package. Full benefits are included and commence after the probation period of 3 months.

**Hours of Work**

Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm, occasional overtime and weekend required, such as for yearly inventory.
