Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Worker to join our team. This is a physically demanding position that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, and indoors with others.

Job will at times require long hours, at harvest and seeding, and regular hours during the rest of the year.

Seasonal or full time position available.

Optional Opportunity to train under a journeyman AMT (Ag Machinery Tech) and work towards your own trade certification if desired. All hours worked can be applied towards trade hours.

Clean driving abstract, and criminal record check mandatory.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general farm duties such as planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of farm machinery
- Use hand tools to perform tasks for general maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm buildings and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with the loading and unloading of farm grain and supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Experience**:

- Previous experience operating heavy equipment is preferred
- Familiarity with farm machinery and hand tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required

Note: This is a paid position. The compensation will be discussed during the interview process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 55 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
