**IT Governance Manager**
**Location: Toronto**

The IT Governance Manager is the main point of contact for all IT regulatory compliance requirements. The IT Governance Manager ensures that Northbridge Financial Corporation (NBFC) is aligned with all currently regulatory requirements and builds a plan to ensure compliance for upcoming regulatory needs. In the event NBFC has gaps to meet the regulatory requirements, it will be his/her responsibility to build a plan with the respective IT point person to adhere to the regulatory requirement. In addition, the IT Governance Manager will have responsibility for IT Vendor Oversight and IT Software Asset Management including SaaS (Software as a Services) licensing.

**You’re Great At**
- Manage the IT policy framework, including creation, review, update, awareness, and monitoring of guideline, policies, and controls.
- Provide guidance to IT management and drive technology best practices (COBIT, CIS v8, PCI DSS), while we ensure compliance to these policies and practices.
- Work closely with Compliance Officer, CRO, CPO, CISO, CIO, CFO and both Internal and External Auditors
- Assist with monitoring and tracking of audit and control remediation efforts for deficiencies, findings and/or gaps.
- Assist CISO with management of the ISP - Information Security Policy and CIS v8 security framework and controls.
- Coordinate the collection of control activities and responses for all IT regulatory guidelines, assessments, and questionnaires.
- Relationship Management - Develop and sustain key strategic alliances, partnerships, and third-party relationships.

**You Have**:

- 5+ years of experience in IT Governance and IT Compliance.
- 5+ years of experience in vendor management and asset management.
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft products (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI an asset).
- Bachelor’s degree, Diploma or Certificate in Computer Science, Business Administration or other related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
