Our rental complex, located in the ''West Island'', is currently looking for a Property Manager, for its rental property under the supervision of the Regional-Multi Residential Director, the manager of building must plan, organize, direct and control the activities of the Multi-residential complex. The building manager humanizes the service both with tenants and with employees under his supervision.

**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Analyze the needs of the complex and the clientele in order to respond to them
- Collect rent
- Complete the various reports requested
- Ensure the flow of information throughout the complex
- Ensure the marketing of the building and rental in order to have buildings rented at full capacity
- Ensure the optimization of human resources in a context of operational and financial efficiency
- Ensures compliance with standards and quality standards
- Inspect buildings and coordinate maintenance according to established standards
- Participates in the preparation of annual budgets and in the maintenance of buildings and ensures efficient cost management
- Purchase products and materials according to the budget
- Rent units
- Supervise the contractors carrying out work in the building

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 5 years of management experience (an asset)
- Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of real estate management
- Mastery of the laws of Quebec governing rental properties
- Knowledge of Hopem software (an asset)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
