Kovatera is currently recruiting for the position of Service Technician to work out of Sudbury, Ontario. The Service Technician is responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, training and troubleshooting on Kovatera equipment in shop and possibly the field.

**Responsibility & Work Activities**:

- Ability to diagnose faults or malfunctions. Adjust, repair, or replace all defective mining and material handling equipment parts
- Ability to work on Components such as axles and transmissions
- Ability to read hydraulic/electrical schematics; display extensive knowledge and understanding our Kovatera Equipment
- Demonstrate strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
- Must be able to work with mínimal supervision and work in the customer field environment

**Requirements**:

- Preferred licensed HDEM with 3-5 years experience
- Responsible and trustworthy with a good safety record
- Excellent interpersonal skills & outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Reporting directly to the Service Manager or lead hand (Steve Richer)
